Italian term or phrase: Ci mettiamo la faccia
I'm trying hard to think of the snappiest way of translating "Ci mettiamo la faccia" as part of an advertising slogan. I've seen "mettere la faccia" translated as "to stand publicly behind", but it's not that snappy as a slogan and also hard to work into this rather abstract context. The full phrase is: "Il nostro motto è 'Noi ci mettiamo la faccia' " and the context (of little help I'm afraid) is a brochure for an engineering company. Thanks for any ideas.

We stand out for it

Explanation:
They are proud to show that their name stands behind their business, and that it is their gain.
I think that it is better to translate the Italian "metterci la faccia", which considered more negative, with the English "to stand up for", as a matter of pride.

Example sentence(s):
  • You must stand up for your company
