[rearrange & shorten] Explanation: In French at least, statements are often phrased as questions for rhetorical effect, and Italian lends itself to this device as well. English not so much. So I would go and ditch the question altogether and shorten the subheading while you're at it like Phil advised in the discussion box. Example sentence(s):
