I think this is something to do with influencer marketing. There is a lot of involvement with instagram marketing, but I do not fully understand any more than that as the presentation is mainly giving figures of users and the benefits of joining this scheme.

I'm still not at all clear what the service is or who the users are. Could it be about travel writing that focuses on specific cities and regions and makes people proud to be Italian?

I think this is basically a presentation for a website/company that offers social media management as a service to Italy-based traders in different areas such as travel, luxury products etc.
The entire paragraph reads:
"Il nostro pubblico ha un target trasversale, selezionato e attivo che va dai 25 ai 50 anni per il 60% femminile, con portafoglio, che sceglie e decide attivamente del proprio destino. Gli utenti si sentono parte integrante del Progetto e sono orgogliosi di associarsi agli altri iscritti. Partendo da un confine più circoscritto come quello di una regione o di una città si arriva poi alla fierezza di essere italiani."

Could we have a bit more context, please? What is the "progetto", and what is a blogging service? Who are the "utenti", and why should they feel proud? What does it say before and after this?
