Italian term or phrase: estratti di frutta e verdura
"un ampio assortimento di verdure fresche, legumi secchi, estratti di frutta e verdura..."

This is confusing me. "Extract" in english is a highly concentrated liquid that you use to flavour something, using just a few drops. It is a product containing the active ingredient of a substance in concentrated form. But when I google "estratti di frutta e verdura" it seems to be something you can drink straight off, like a juice or a smoothie. In EN, is "estratto" a type of juice?
