English translation:past envisaged completion date
Explanation:
Something along the lines of "Student enrolled in second year of studies, past envisaged completion date."

I know this is the meaning, because I was "fuori corso" for six months when I did my nursing degree!

"Student status is lost if you are enrolled in the third year “fuori corso” (past the envisaged completion date) for the fourth time."
