Italian term or phrase: Fiorelli
This appears on a German menu, but is obviously taken from Italian. Is there an English equivalent or should I leave as is?

Essenz von der Rispentomate mit Fiorelli und Basilikum.

agree  writeaway: basically the same answer as given here: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/german_to_english/cooking_culinary... If it's listed under the 'pasta' (or It. Teigwaren) section of the menu, then adding the word 'pasta' is unnecessary imo.
