I've seen this in the kudos as notional contribution and feel would apply here but not sure re the rest of the context below thanks

L' accredito figurativo, al titolo in parola, sara' riconosciuto per la durata di venticinque giorni complessivi per ogni anno, nel limite massimo di 24 mesi complessivi per l' intero arco assicurativo.

1.2 - Nel ribadire che l' accredito figurativo sopra indicato puo' riguardare soltanto coloro che avranno titolo alla liquidazione della pensione calcolata esclusivamente con il sistema contributivo e cioe' coloro che risultino assicurati per la prima volta per periodi decorrenti dal 1 gennaio 1996 in avanti ovvero coloro che eserciteranno l' opzione per lo stesso sistema contributivo di cui al comma 23 dell'art.

1 della legge in oggetto (lavoratori che avranno maturato un' anzianita' contributiva pari o superiore a quindici anni di cui almeno cinque dal 1 gennaio 1996 in poi), si riportano le seguenti disposizioni operative:

a) - l' accredito al titolo in parola puo' avvenire a domanda da presentarsi al Fondo o alla Gestione pensionistica cui l' assicurato risulti in atto iscritto all' inizio del periodo di assenza dal lavoro non retribuita, che dovra' essere certificata espressamente dal datore di lavoro di appartenenza;
