disagree  Neil Davenport: In this case I would say it was the valve casing (which I would call the rocker cover) rather than the cylinder head.

  -> Thank you Neil for your input. I wanted to correct with **valve casing** which I mentioned in my option but I forgot. May be your option would however fit better the context.
