Italian term or phrase: safety car
Part of a road sign: TRANSITO CON SAFETY-CAR VELOCITÀ MAX 30 KM/H

Used on roads and motorways during heavy snow. I found this definition online, but not entirely sure if this is the correct definition. No idea what this is in English although one thing I am sure of: it's not safety car!

Snowploughs and police escort is too long, I need something short and concise as this is part of a road sign.
