Correct, wat heet correct :-). In Nederland is niks geregeld dat vergelijkbaar is met de società consortile, dus moeten we zelf iets bedenken. Ik vind jouw idee helemaal niet slecht, iets beters weet ik ook niet. Misschien consortium op aandelen. Als het deel uitmaakt van een handelsnaam, bv. van een procespartij, zou je het niet vertalen en ervan maken vennootschap naar Italiaans recht Pinco Pallino società consortile per azioni. Kan ook afgekort als s.c.p.a.
