Buona notizia: il culatello si può trovare anche in Olanda e, ancor meglio, non costa un occhio della testa:http://www.naarpaul.nl/Culatello-Di-Zibello-p-20857.html Als u uzelf echt een keer wilt verwennen zou u eens Culatello di Zibello moeten proeven. Het heeft een mooi rijpe smaak met een licht zoete toon. De Culatello mag alleen worden gemaakt van de rugspier van de heup. Daar zit het zachtste en malste deel van de varkensham.
