Italian term or phrase: accettatore
Hallo,
ik ben een enquête ivm de service en klantvriendelijkheid van een garage aan't vertalen van het Italiaans naar het Nederlands. Ik vind geen goede vertaling voor de term "accettatore".
Ik heb de opdrachtgever hierover geraadpleegd, en zij gaf mij volgend informatie:

Compito dell' accettatore è quello di accogliere il cliente che si presenta presso la concessionaria per un intervento di riparazione o di manutenzione
In English:
The job of acceptor is that to welcome the customer coming to the workshop or to a car dealer for a repair or maintenance intervention

Hoe noem je zo iemand in 't Nederlands?? "Acceptor" of "Aceceptant" is enkel bruikbaar bij verzekeringen. Het is niet de eigenaar. Ik zou zeggen: verkoper, maar het is veel meer dan dat. Het is iemand die de job aanneemt maar ook van alle technische aspecten op de hoogte is, eigenlijk een technicus die de klant verderhelpt. Maar een monteur dekt ook de lading niet. Voorlopig heb ik de term vertaald met "technicus", maar ik ben er niet echt gelukkig mee.

Weet iemand raad???

Explanation:
zo iemand heet in het Nederlands een "receptionist", degene die de auto van de klant bij de garage in ontvangst neemt en samen met hem bekijkt wat er gebeuren moet. Google op receptionist en garage en je krijgt duizenden hits.

ik wilde even toevoegen dat ook de Engelse term "receptionist" is, dus niet "acceptor"
