peer agreement (net): +1konstrukcijska rješenja Explanation: ovo je baš fraza :) ... koja može značiti nešto, a i ništa... ne znam o kakvim se registrima radi, ali tumačim si rečenicu otprilike kao ... da je odgovornost izvoditelja ispuniti, realizirati sve zahtjeve koje postavlja Registar, kao što je zahtjev (quale u značenju otprilike "come") da konstrukcijska rješenja (?) budu u skladu s propisima, odredbama samog Registra, čak i ako ta rješenja nisu dobro, korektno ili kako već prikazana u nacrtima.
