Law (general) / birth certificate
Indonesian term or phrase: dilempirkan
The word appears in the following phrase on a 1935 birth certificate: TURUNAN acte kelahiran jang dilempirkan pada acte Perkawinan tanggal duapuluh lima Djuli etc.

I am a Dutch ->Eng translator and am trying to provide a summary translation of some Indo text appearing on a birth certificate issued in the colonial period and written in Dutch. My daughter-in-law who has a degree in Indo. has managed to make sense of most of it but is unable to find a translation for the above word online. Unfortunately she has not kept her Indo. dictionaries. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Explanation:
It's the old spelling I guess. And now we call it dilampirkan (verb), or lampiran (noun).
