rail level

Explanation:
a sínkorona szintje, angolul egyszerűen rail level

példák:
- platform of height 240 mm above rail level or lower if one is available

The pass-by noise of the locomotive LpAeq,Tp measured at 7,5 m from the track centre 1,2 m above the top of rail and at 200 km/h on the reference track shall not exceed 97 dB (A).

4.2.1.1. Limits for pass-by noise
The indicator for pass-by noise is the A-weighted equivalent continuous sound pressure level LpAeq, Tp measured over the pass-by time at a distance of 7,5 m from the track centreline, 1,2 m above top of rail. Measurements shall be made in accordance to prEN ISO 3095:2001 except that the reference track shall meet the requirements stated in Annex A1.4. The reference track shall be made available in a non-discriminatory way.

A referenciavágányt megkülönböztetés nélküli módon teszik hozzáférhetővé.

rail crown

Explanation:
Ellis' British Railway Engineering Encyclopaedia szerint van ilyen. A Parts of rail alatt felsorolásban szerepel. Nem tudom, mit jelent.

Sorry, I overlooked this. Later the Encyclopedia explains: Rail Crown is the highest point of the running surface of a rail. - Ergo, all are correct but the word does exist.
