Quite often the 'principal' is replaced by 'owner', 'applicant', 'tenant', or whatever he/she may be. 4. Sometimes people like to call the agent 'acting on behalf of...', because the agent has the flavor of being a professional rather than (for example) a family member. 5. All this is US experience. |
