Hungarian term or phrase: "valitas"
Dear Forum,

I cannot find out the English equivalent of the above mentioned word. It appears in the following context three times: "...hypotonia jelentkezett, molle pulzus valitassal, mely miatt...infusiot kapott...Tensioja rendeződött..., a pulzus valitasa is javult...pár óra múlva pulzus valitasa romlása - hypotonia kísért ismételten...".
The text (Epicrisis) is full of spelling mistakes. Probably the physician intended to write "kvalitas" instead of "valitas". Could anybody help me, please?

Thank you

(pulzus) "valitas" - kvalitás
(pulse) quality

Explanation:
I believe the "k" is missing "pulzus kvalitás" that is, pulse quality - meaning the pulse strength (strong or weak). (Hypotonia = decreased muscle tone.)

"Assess *pulse*:
- Rate (normal, fast, slow)
- Rhythm (regularity)
- *Quality* (strength)"

"Call your health care provider if there is any sudden, severe, or long-lasting decrease in the *pulse quality* or rate"
