Hungarian term or phrase: hasnosítás (szabadalomhasznosítás)
A contract entitled "Szabadalomhasznosítási szerzödés". I have seen models of such agreements that are called "patent licensing (or license) contract".

The word is also used throughout the text along with variants such as "értékesítés, megvalósítás, használatba adás" to describe what the licensee may do with the invention.

I have seen the term "achieve practical application" in one such document (http://www.hq.nasa.gov/ogc/intellectual_property/nonexclus_p... which sounds like the broadest and most inclusive term. (I am reluctant to use any term referring to production or manufacture, as there is never any mention of this specifically: perhaps the invention being licensed is a design or process not a manufactured good.)

Suggestions for a translation to use in the text of the agreement itself would be appreciated - I'm inclined to use "Patent License Contract" as the doc title, unless anyone has a better suggestion. Köszönöm szépen!

Patent Licence Agreement
Explanation:
This is the most frequently used US term.
Alternatives, such as Patent Licensing Agreement, Patent Lisense (or Licensing) Contract are used as well.

As far as the word itself, outside the title, the term of art is utilization (remember: utility patent).

Thanks very much! This was a great help! I've used Patent Licensing Contract in the title, then 'utilization" for "hasznosítás" throughout the text. I've also seen exploitation in some docs but this I think is clearer.

Explanation:
but in the given case, license contract is fine, as a title
pracctical application is rather "gyakorlati alkalmazás" - and from an invention, it might be a long way to go
