Hungarian term or phrase: kizáró okok
törvényekben (mint pl. közalkalmazotti) szerepel: "vele szemeben a .... bekezdésben meghatározott kizáró okok nem állnak fenn." Nem tudom mi lenne a megfelelő angol fordulat erre. Mégpontosabban ez a mondat szerepel az új Hatósági Erkölcsi Bizonyítványban.

Engem nagyon érdekelne, hogy milyen erkölcsi ez, mert miközben ezeket a sorokat írom, a kezemben van egy frissen kiadott és ilyen kifejezés egyáltalán nincsen benne. Napi szintem csinálok erkölcsiket, azért nem értem, de a sajátomat is most csináltattam meg.

A kérdést kibővítettem a szövegkörnyezet megadott részével, mert ezt angolul csak körülírással lehet szépen kifejezni.
Természetesen a teljes mondat ismeretében az ineligibility lehet disqualification is és a conditions lehet provisions is.

agree  Annamaria Amik: Grounds for disqualification/inelig... do not exist. Egyébként több UK törvény címében is szerepel a Disqualification, ill. a pozitív feltételeket is eligibility-nek nevezik. Az exclusion változatok többnyire EU angolból származnak.

A mondat ami meg ugyanaz az elozokhoz , a kovetkezo "bunugyi nyilvantartasi rendszer adatati alapjan" Ez utan kovetkezik a bekezdes amivel meg nem talalkoztam. Megirom emailmen.
