Mégpedig így: "Confidential Information shall not include any information which is required to be disclosed by the Recipient to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or judicial or governmental order, provided that the Recipient provides ten (10) days prior written notice of such disclosure to the Discloser to afford the Discloser the opportunity to seek a protective order relating to such disclosure.
