Meglehet a magyar igazolást mond, de itt a fenti kifejezést használják. Amikor átköltöztünk mostani lakhelyünkre a szárazföldről a New Jersey-i biztosítótól ilyet kellett beszereznünk, hogy itt is biztosítsuk az autót. Ezen van rajta, hogy milyen káreseteink voltak a szárazföldön. És ennek a címe: Insurance Claims Records
