Finest Kalocsai Paprika
Most likely this is from a package label. Őrelmény means powder, or actaually ground product, but no need to specify, since paprika is always sold in its ground form.

sweet ground paprika

Explanation:
This is the sweet (not hot) type of paprika.
The label on the hot type would say "csípős".

neutral  Michael Moskowitz: Csemege could be hot or sweet (it is unclear whether the label says "csipős or édesnemes";;;I just based it on the link I found and provided with my answer.

-> As far as I know (and I have a package here) the Kalocsai kind is sweet when it is "csemege" and hot when it is "csipős".

delicate paprika

Explanation:
A "csemege" paprika kategória nem egészen azonos az "édes" (szaknyelven; édes-nemes) parikával, bár valóban nem csipős paprikáról van szó.

agree  juvera: My excellent Hungarian cookery book in English confirms 6 categories as: exquisite delicate, delicate, noble sweet, semi-sweet, rose and hot. From these the 'delicate' would be the equivalent of 'csemege'.
