neutral  Ildiko Santana: "Execution against" után csak tárgy állhat (property, debt), de személy nem. A kérdésben "valaki" ellen folyt az ejárás. Ha személlyel kapcsolod össze az executiont, kivégzés lesz belőle, ezért nem javaslom... A proceedings nem ugyanaz, mint a procedure.
