Ha jól gondolom, az utóbbira, tehát azt kellene kitalálni, mi a termék neve. Ez lényegében a bank által meghatározott összegű betét (nem állami!, ezért a savings bond megoldást kerülném a félreértés miatt), amelynek a lekötési ideje vagy meg van határozva, vagy nincs (általában a kezdőperiódus meg van adva, aztán viszont bármikor felvehető).
