disagree  Andras Mohay (X): Most értettem meg, mit értesz félre. Félreérted a "tárgyi"-t: nem "fizikai létező" a jelentése (szemben vmi immateriálissal), hanem "tárgyban megjelölt/nevezett", a kérelem/engedély/szerződés tárgyában megjelölt/nevezett.

disagree  Peter Simon: in the quite rare 'subject premise', 'subject' only has the meaning 'concerned', possibly no.1 or 4 here in an adjectival use of the nominal meaning: http://www.wordwebonline.com/search.pl?w=subject; otherwise, no references to this kind of use in dict's

"A visual on-site inspection of the SUBJECT PROPERTY and FACILITIES and improvements on the subject property, including a visual inspection of the areas where hazardous substances may be or may have been used,..."
(a tárgyi ingatlan és létesítmények)

“Plaintiffs are informed, believe and thereon allege that the subject incident occurred on or around August .., 20.., at the SUBJECT FACILITY, which was approximately three days after the decedent voluntarily sought treatment as a patient from Defendant .... at the SUBJECT FACILITY,...”
(tárgyi létesítmény és tárgyi incidens)
