Gondolom, egyértelmű, de arra keresnék kifejezést, amikor a termőföldet parlagon hagyják, szándékosan.

Az EU kifejezés: set-aside. Kötőjel szokták írni, de előfordul anélkül is.
Ez az 1988-ban elindított EU irányzat, amelyet 1992-ben kötelezővé tettek, hogy a megművelt föld bizonyos százalékát egy ideig nem szabad megművelni. Ez lehetett évente változó földdarab,
ugyanaz hosszabb időre.
Később felfüggesztették, és azt hiszem, jelenleg meg van szüntetve ez a rendelet.
