scale of 0 to 1, for the company at a particular
point in time?

First of all, we will analyze the degree of depreciation of fixed assets in the
organizations according to economic activity status. Table 1 shows
the relationship gained by a certain date depreciation of existing
fixed assets (the difference of their total account and the net book
value) to the gross book value of these assets at the same date
expressed as percentage.

High degree of depreciation, critical in case of machinery, equipment and transport machinery = 73%.

Noha tulajonképpen érthető lenne a kifejezés, a depreciation rate-tel az a bajom, hogy ez konkrétan az értékcsökkenési leírási kulcsra vonatkozik.

Egy apró kiegészítés a depreciation rate-ről:
http://www.businessdictionary.com/definition/depreciation-ra...
Definition
Percent rate at which an asset is depreciated in any one of the methods for computing depreciation. It is computed by dividing the depreciable cost of the asset by the number of years in (or by the number of units of output or usage during) the asset's estimated productive or useful life.

depreciation rate of tangible assets

Explanation:
In this article the author discussed about the new rules and regulation for calculating the depreciation with regard to tangible and intangible assets.
... The assets are grouped as i) Intangible assets and ii) Tangible assets.
http://www.ijaiem.org/Volume3Issue12/IJAIEM-2014-12-29-71.pd...

Depreciation is a topic many people find confusing, but the basic concept of depreciation is not particularly complicated. In fact, depreciation is simply a method of allocating the cost of a tangible asset over the expected useful life of the asset. As a simple example, a machine that cost $1,000 would depreciate at a rate of $100 per year if its owner projects it will last 10 years.

This letter responds to a request by the committee staff that CBO, in consultation with the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation, provide information regarding the depreciation of tangible assets (the rate at which assets wear out or become obsolete).
