English translation:Take a tablet of Vicks and get rid of irritation/hoarseness of throat
Explanation:
Take a tablet of Vicks and get rid of irritation/hoarseness of throat

Kharash is known as irritation or hoarseness of throat and according to this slogan one can get rid of this problem by having a pill/tablet of Vicks.

Khich Khich appears to be a colloquial expression for Kharash which is translated as irritation/hoarseness of throat. It appears to be a mild problem than sore throat in which case perhaps we'll have to take some antibiotics, hence the above suggestion.

Pin pricks

Explanation:
khich khich here means feeling of 'pin pricks' in the throat. It happens because of sore throat but sore throat itself is different. Not all sore throats will give you the feeling of 'pin pricks'.

Answer to your second part of the question: \"Take a Vicks tablet and do away with pinpricks in your throat\"
By the way, I did some home work and found out it is \'pinpricks\' and not \'pin pricks\'

\'Pinprick\' is a small irritation, which annoys you! Here are the links:
