denial of divorce to a man is more severe than to a woman Explanation: Granted, "איתתא" is Judeo-Aramaic for "woman," and one consideration is that a man may be assumed to experience greater emotional injury, but the term has "קשה," not "קשה ליה" (or "קשיא ליה"), and there also are non-emotional considerations; see link, note 40. Grace, I suggest that you be wary of translating rabbinic documents if you're not familiar with the parlance.
