Experts estimate that if the Ammonia reservoir were to be hit, it could equate to the death of ~17,000 people! Zalul's actions are targeted at the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Haifa Municipality, Homeland Security and the courts, demanding the immediate closure of the hazardous tank, thereby, preventing the greatest disaster in the history of the state.
