disagree  Irina Glozman: everything is right, exept alef - it shouldn't be there. I checked on Bar-Ilan university site how it's academic stuff members with the name Roman spell this name and its without alef. http://faculty.biu.ac.il/cgi-bin/WebPh/WebPh
