Mandel/Nussgebäck Explanation: die Übersetzung Magerwurst trifft allerdings auf σουτζούκι zu. Nehme jedoch an, dass der Unterschied zur Endung <os> nur in der Größe liegt. Die <μουστάλευριά > enthält übrigens auch Mandeln und/oder Nüsse. Example sentence(s):

Soutzoukos Explanation: ich würde das nicht übersetzen, sondern nur in Klammer erklären. Es handelt sich dabei anscheinend um das zypriotische Gegenstück zu dem in Xanthi/Komotini/Alexandroupolis äußerst beliebten Soutzouk Loukoum. Vorschlag: traditionelle Süßspeise mit Nüssen.
