Spyro,

Regarding your note, I can only conclude that ανέγκλητος here is a misspelling of ανέκκλητος or that the writer had written ανέγκλητος instead of ανέκκλητος, by mistake.
Your context also states ‘λογαριασμούς μεσεγγύησης’. Λογαριασμοί μεσεγγύησης are escrow accounts or trust accounts, which are a form of irrevocable account. (See: http://homeguides.sfgate.com/difference-between-trust-accoun...

I have re-checked the Λεξικό Λογιστικής του Κων. Κάντζου and he, too, appears to confuse ανέγκλητος with ανέκκλητος, because he definitely gives the meaning of ανέγκλητος (in an accounting context) to be irrevocable.

The real meaning of ‘ανέγκλητος’ is ‘non-accused’, ‘not charged’ or ‘not indicted’. It is a legal term, not an accounting term, and I certainly cannot think of any way that it could be used to describe any kind of account that would be similar to a trust account or escrow account. I am therefore convinced that the writer has written ‘ανέγκλητος’ instead of ‘ανέκκλητος’, by mistake.

Spyro, Good afternoon, I have just found another confirmation of the term “ανέγκλητος” being described as meaning "irrevocable" when it is used in a financial sense. The Magenta Αγγλοελληνικό & Ελληνοαγγλικό λεξικό Οικονομικών και Εμπορικών όρων confirms that the word “ανέγκλητος” means "irrevocable" (in a financial context). Two specialised financial dictionaries therefore have this opinion, so it is now more likely that the word “ανέγκλητος” could mean "irrevocable" in a financial and accounting context.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you, Peter for your input; however I am not really sure whether this is the appropriate term. In Greek, there is also the term "ανέκκλητος" which certainly is translated as "irrevocable". Looking up for the meaning of these two Greek terms, I found that they do not mean the same thing. See here: https://www.google.gr/search?q=%22%CE%B1%CE%BD%CE%AD%CE%B3%CE%BA%CE%BB%CE%B7%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%82%22&oq=%22%CE%B1%CE%BD%CE%AD%CE%B3%CE%BA%CE%BB%CE%B7%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%82%22&gs_l=psy-ab.3..0i10i30k1.132177.134740.0.135029.12.12.0.0.0.0.280.1659.0j7j2.9.0....0...1.1.64.psy-ab..3.8.1508...0j0i131k1.0FdvOugye5U and https://www.google.gr/search?q=%22%CE%B1%CE%BD%CE%AD%CE%BA%CE%BA%CE%BB%CE%B7%CF%84%CE%BF%CF%82%22&spell=1&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi-ha3Lv_TVAhWBrRQKHfX2ArMQBQghKAA&biw=1366&bih=594

Asker: Unfortunately, Peter, that does not seem to be the case, as there are several results concerning the term "ανέγκλητο λογαριασμό".
