Ο ΟΤΕ συνεργάζεται με εισπρακτικές εταιρείες στις οποίες μπορεί να χορηγεί τα απαιτούμενα για την είσπραξη της οφειλής στοιχεία των οφειλετών πελατών του. Οι πελάτες έχουν τα δικαιώματα ενημέρωσης, πρόσβασης και αντίρρησης (διόρθωσης ή συμπλήρωσης) των άρθρων 12 και 13 του ν. 2472/97.

Πρόκειται για ειδική ορολογία της ευρωπαϊκής νομοθεσίας περί δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα. Ο ν. 2472/97 εφαρμόζει την κοινοτική οδηγία 95/46/ΕΚ, στο άρθρο 14 της οποίας αναφέρει τα σχετικά με το δικαίωμα αντίρρησης.

Explanation:
Παιδιά τώρα είδα την ερώτηση. Διάβασα τον νόμο και αναφέρει στο Άρθρο 13: «1. Το υποκείμενο των δεδομένων έχει δικαίωμα να προβάλλει οποτεδήποτε αντιρρήσεις για την επεξεργασία δεδομένων που το αφορούν». Άρα και το 'right to raise objections' χωρίς 'to' θα πήγαινε.

Επίσης το «των άρθρων 12 και 13 του ν. 2472/97» μάλλον είναι καλύτερο να αποδοθεί ως: «as prescribed/stipulated/provided for by article 12 and 13, Law 2472/1997»
