do not differ almost at all

Explanation:
Even though normally I would have suggested "deviate from one another", I think the word differe is best suited in your context.

You could say "hardly differ" ... hardly, at all, in the least ... all describe the same thing in my opinion; their difference is the severity and tone ... nothing else

Definition of "at all" (from Webster's): in any way or respect : to the least extent or degree : under any circumstances *doesn't smoke at all*

The "not .. at all" is used in English, or at least the US ones. Webster's seems to agree with me on this one but thank you for your input.

disagree  Nick Lingris: "not ... almost at all" δεν λέγεται στα αγγλικά. "not ... in the least" σημαίνει "καθόλου" (μα καθόλου). // Πρόσεξε τι λέω: not... almost at all.

neutral  Maria Karra: Το "not ... at all" φυσικά και χρησιμοποιείται, το "not ... almost at all" είναι που δε λέγεται, αυτό σου λέει ο Νίκος.
