disagree  D. Harvatis: Υπάρχει διαφορά μεταξύ «βελτιώνεται» (is improved) και «μπορεί να βελτιωθεί» (can be improved). Δεν ζητούν αδυναμίες αλλά τις μεθόδους συνεχούς βελτίωσης.

neutral  Dylan Edwards: In the case of an ongoing process of improvement, I would prefer "How is the procedure being improved?" - Yes, more context would help.

  -> Good point; it depends on whether they're asking about actual improvements or about methods whereby weaknesses are identified (in which case the procedures isn't "being" improved right now, but may "be" improved if necessary). Some context would help..
