I haven't come across 'tangibility' in this context before (as in 'tangibility of assets'?), but the 'ratio' version makes sense to me.

Asker: Thanks. This makes sense. Παγιοποίηση, at first sight, looks like a word meaning 'conversion into fixed assets'. I'm not sure how you'd do that.
