hip roofs/ hipped roofs Explanation: A hip roof, or hipped roof, is a type of roof where all sides slope downwards to the walls, usually with a fairly gentle slope. If I understand well , you mean the traditional Greek roofs. For Epirus roofs though I would choose ''mansard roof'' or any other type that matches the type of house described.
