I confess that I have absolutely no idea what this sentence means. Is something missing here?

Hab gerade mal nach dem Satz gegoogelt, schien ja aus einem Handbuch zu sein. Und siehe da, könnte Dein Text sein (Link siehe unten):

"Mit der Methode generateSourceId der OpenSAML-Hilfsklasse Util wird aus dem eindeutigen Bezeichner für den CompSOA-IdP, dem der Wert "compSOAIdP" über die Konstante Constants. PROVIDER zugeordnet ist, eine SAML-konforme, 20 Byte große Source-ID generiert."
