provisions for part-time work for older employees program/scheme Explanation: "part-time work for older employees" is one of the better translations for the program that encourages people over 55 to work less (the Wikipedia article is a good description) However, for this to be comprehensible in English, I'd add 'scheme' (for the UK) or 'program' for the US to make it clear that it's part of an official plan.
