Das für die Pflanzen zur Stickstoffbindung befähigte Bakterium Bradyrhizobium ist nicht auf allen Böden in ausreichendem Mengen vorhanden und muss eventuell durch Impfen des Saatgutes mit entsprechenden Präparaten ergänzt werden.
