R 1 mit Zulage) als Amtsbezeichnung durch die Landesbesoldungsordnung für Badische Amtsnotare im badischen Rechtsgebiet vorgesehen. Es handelt sich dabei aber nicht um einen Ehrentitel wie in den obigen Bundesländern, sondern um eine Amtsbezeichnung im Rahmen der Laufbahn (wie z. B. Studienrat).

Ich würde allerdings Oberjustizrat stehen lassen und als Erklärung (notario funcionario público) in Klammern.

Asker: Se puede usarlo también para una persona? Pq pone: firmado por el Oberjustizrat Stadler (nombre del Oberjustizrat) o solo para un grupo de gente que forman el consejo?

Asker: Gracias, pero eso no puede ser pq en alemán la palabra "Rat" se refiere en este contexto a una sola persona.

neutral  melaniebenz: Sollte man nicht noch "superior" hinzufügen, damit das "Ober-" auch mit übersetzt wurde? Könnte man im Spanischen dann "notario funcionario público superior" sagen? Wäre super, wenn jemand das kommentieren könnte.
