Hola colegas:

Estoy traduciendo unos poderes y me sale la siguiente frase:
"Die Vollmacht umfasst u.a. das Recht Grundpfandrechte und sonstige dingliche Rechte für beliebige Gläubiger zu bestellen."

No sé bien cómo traducirla, pero especialmente me trae de cabeza el verbo (bestellen).

De momento he puesto:
"Los poderes incluyen, entre otros, los derechos a *(bestellen)* garantías inmobiliarias y otros derechos reales ante los acreedores."

Tengo ya la cabeza bastante espesa y no sé cómo traducir bestellen.

Como contexto diré que se trata de una lista de derechos incluidos en los poderes, por ejemplo "Verbindlichkeiten einzugehen" o "über Vermögensgegenstände zu verfügen".

Os agradezco de antemano vuestra ayuda.
