Das Garantiegehalt ist, wie der Name schon sagt, garantiert. D.h. ganz egal wie Ihr Jahr gelaufen ist, dieses Geld bekommen Sie auf jeden Fall.

Das Zielgehalt sollte Ihrem "Marktwert" entsprechen. Unter Marktwert verstehen wir das Gehalt, dass andere Unternehmen Ihnen als Festgehalt, d.h. ohne Prämien und sonstige Erfolgsbeteiligungen, zahlen würden.
Die Differenz zwischen Garantiegehalt und Zielgehalt bezeichnen wir als den variablen Anteil.
Das Maximalgehalt definiert Ihr maximal erreichbares Einkommen. Es errechnet sich aus: Zielgehalt + (variabler Anteil x 2) + 12345 €.

Asi que si lo entiendo bien, el 'Zielgehalt' es el sueldo base + incentivos.

Explanation:
Considerando que el "Maximalgehalt" sería el salario tope; el "Garantiegehalt" sería el salario garantizado y el "Zielgehalt" sería el salario de referencia, porque es el que se toma como valor referencial teniendo en cuenta lo que esa persona ganaría en otra empresa.
