German term or phrase: GmbH
Estoy traduciendio un decálogo de "Condiciones de uso".
La abreviatura "GmbH" significa "S.R.L (Sociedad de responsabilidad limitada)". Pero no sé si sea correcto traducirlo dentro del Texto, o bien, dejarlo tal y como esta.
Me gustaría leer algunas sugerencias.

" XXXX Europa GmbH no se hace responsable de infracciones a derechos de terceros".

GmbH forma parte del nombre legal de una sociedad (por lo menos en Alemania) y por tanto no se traduce. Sería como traducir "Traducciones S.A." al alemán, poniendo "Übersetzungen AG".
Si el texto no es formalmente contractual u oficial, yo consideraría poner entre paréntesis XXX S.R.L. (span. GmbH) al comienzo del documento, pero no lo repetiría en lo sucesivo. En un texto formal y oficial no añadaría la expliación.

Explanation:
Ich (zumindest in der Schweiz, wo wir ja offiziell mehrsprachig sind), schaue jeweils im Handelsregister online nach, ob es eine offizielle Übersetzung gibt, d.h. ob die Firma offiziell unter z. B. GmbH, Sàrl usw. eingetragen ist oder nicht. Kann man je nachdem auch auf der Website der betreffenden Firma nachschauen, wenn diese mehrsprachig ist.
Sonst Grundregel: Namen nicht übersetzen
Zweite Regel: je nach Wunsch des Kunden.

Explanation:
Si la traducción va dirigida a españoles, pondría S.L. (sociedad limitada, que es el término habitual aquí); pero sólo en paréntesis, primero pondría el nombre completo en alemán (con GmbH), pues lo considero un nombre propio que puede traducirse por deferencia con el público de destino.
