Explanation:
dice que cuando se hace valer la garantía, desembolsan los costes de los fallos que están sujetos a garantía, sin facturar costes secundarios, los gastos de envío dentro de Alemania por el reenfío más barato van a cargo de ION. Eso lo pones en un lenguaje más formal y ya está.

Son dos "Hauptsätze" unidos por una coma. Ciertamente, estilísticamente sería más elegante que la coma después de nebenkosten fuera un punto, pero no se puede decir que sea incorrecto. No falta ninguna otra coma.

Asker: ¿Perfectamente redactada? Pues NOOOOOO. En alemán también hay comas y puntos.

Asker: Ich finde diese Redaktion fürchterlich. Man muss diesen kilometerlangen Satz zweimal lesen (oder gar dreimal), ehe man den Satz kapiert. Und das bei technischer Dokumentation. Viele Firmen haben halt noch nichts von "Technischen Redakteuren" gehört!

  -> Hice una traducción rápida y, ciertamente, no correcta, como admito, pero mi intención sólo era poner de manifiesto que no había ningún error sintáctico ni de puntuación, aunque la redacción fuera poco elegante.
