salsa Explanation: En este caso optaría por salsa. Como puedes ver en el enlace, en muchas recetas similares se habla simplemente de verter la salsa. Sud también puede ser caldo, pero caldo en español se usa más bien para una decocción que va a tomarse a modo de sopa. Sud se traduciría exactamente por decocción, pero aquí se refiere simplemente a la salsa de miel y naranja que de le añade posteriormente al pollo.
