German term or phrase: Große/Kleine Studienleistung

Hola a todos.

En un certificado de notas alemán me aparecen los términos Große Studienleistung y Kleine Studienleistung, la verdad es que estoy despistadísima sobre como traducirlo. Creo que en el primer caso se da nota al alumno y en el segundo no, pero no se muy bien cómo reflejarlo en español.

Cualquier ayuda que me ayude a despejar mis dudas será bienvenida.

Asker: Hallo Ellen, danke für deine Antwort, aber in meinem Text steht das Wort "Leistung" ohne Nummern, deswegen weiss ich nicht que es man übersetzt.
