Ich frage mich, was die einwandfreie Übersetzung von "staatlich geprüfter Übersetzer" wäre. Ok, ich habe selbst gesehen, dass es schon einen proz-Eintrag gibt, bei dem "traductor oficial titulado" ausgewählt wurde (http://www.proz.com/kudoz/german_to_spanish/law_general/9970... Ich selbst hätte mich aber spontan für "traductor certificado por el estado" entschieden oder so etwas wie "examen ofical del Estado" geschrieben. Außerdem werde ich aus dem, was ich in Google finde, auch nicht schlauer. Was meint ihr?

Explanation:
In Spanien ist nur staatlich geprüfter Übersetzer, wer die entsprechende Ernenunng vom Ausseministerium erhalten hat.
Der Titel (ich habe das Dokument vorliegen) heisst: Intérprete jurado.
Auch wenn es mit "intérprete" etwas verwirrend ist, heisst der Titel offiziell so. Also wenn du es für Spanien übersetzt, würde ich vorschlagen:
Intérprete jurado nombrado por el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores.

In Spanien gibt es die die Bezeichnung "traductor oficial" nicht und die vereidigten Übersetzer sind immer sehr "sauer" wenn jemand sich so nennt. Denn das führt dazu, das Kunden ihre Übersetzungen einen "traductor oficial" in Auftrag geben, aber dieser letztendlich nicht befähigt ist, diese Übersetzung zu beglaubigen. Die Liste der vereidigten Übersetzer sowie die Voraussetzungen zur Ernennung findest du auf der Web www.mae.es (rechts "intérpretes jurados")

Entiendo. Entonces "traductor oficial" o "traductor nombrado oficialmente por el..." podría ser adecuado. También puedes especificar qué tipo de organismo es el que te nombró "traductora oficial".

Asker: Es geht aber nicht um einen Titel aus Spanien, sondern um (meinen eigenen) Titel aus Deutschland. Ich will den "intérpretes jurados" des MAE keine falsche Konkurrenz machen :)

Explanation:
Sé que no suena muy bonito, pero me parece peligroso dar lugar a ambigüedades si se pone "traductor/intérprete jurado", pues esto equivale a "vereidigt/beeidigt" y no a "staatlich geprüft". En Alemania son dos pasos separados. Al traducir mi Zeugnis, lo hice así, y traduje también el de la Beeidigung, y en ese sí puse "traductor/intérprete jurado"
