  -> Gracias Helena. Pues, "gestión" no se refiere solamente a "atender a un cliente", sino todo lo que implica "tras bambalinas", por ej. tener la información necesaria a mano, tener otros recursos humanos a quien transferir el caso, etc. "Trabajo insalubre".
